Child Creative Therapy

Some things are too deep for words alone. For children, play is the primary language through which they make sense of the world. Our creative sessions give children the tools to explore their inner world without pressure, without judgement and without needing to explain themselves first. Through sandplay, art, movement and creative expression, thoughts and feelings begin to take shape naturally. What was once confusing becomes clear. What was once silent finds a voice.

When Words Are Not Enough

For children, play is the primary language through which they make sense of the world. Through sand play, art, movement and creative expression, thoughts and feelings begin to take shape naturally.

Children aged 4 and upward experiencing anxiety, low mood, low self-esteem, trauma, neurodivergent needs including ASC and ADHD, emotional and behavioural difficulties, and the impact of family breakdown or change.

Who We Support

Sessions are child-led, trauma-informed and completely tailored to each individual child. We work at the child's pace, in the child's language, always with their safety and wellbeing at the centre.

My son has never been able to find the words for how he feels. I had tried everything. What I did not expect was how quickly he took to the play-based sessions here. He walked in quiet and walked out talking. He started showing us things at home we had never seen before. It was like watching him finally exhale.
