Client Conduct and Zero Tolerance
We are committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for all clients and staff. We operate a zero tolerance policy toward any form of abusive, threatening or discriminatory behaviour. We reserve the right to end a therapeutic relationship where this policy is breached.

Safeguarding
The safety and wellbeing of every child and vulnerable adult we work with is our absolute priority. All of our therapists are trained in safeguarding and we follow current legislation and best practice guidance at all times. Where there is a concern for the safety of a child or vulnerable adult we are legally required to act.
GDPR and Data Protection
We take the privacy and security of your personal information seriously. All data is held securely and in line with UK GDPR legislation. We will never share your information with third parties without your consent, except where we are legally required to do so.

Complaints and Feedback
We welcome all feedback and take complaints seriously. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service please contact us in the first instance. All complaints will be handled promptly, fairly and confidentially.
Cancellation and Attendance
We ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice may be charged in full. Repeated non-attendance may result in your appointment slot being released to another client.

A Note on Confidentiality
Everything you share in your sessions is confidential. There are limited exceptions to this where we are legally or ethically required to share information, including where there is a risk of serious harm to yourself or others, or where a court order requires disclosure. Your therapist will always discuss confidentiality with you at the start of your work together.
