About Lighthouse Therapy Hub

Lighthouse Therapy Hub is an award-winning specialist practice based in Morley, Leeds. We work with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families, delivered by a team of qualified therapists who genuinely care about the people they work with.

We believe therapy should go beyond talking. By blending clinical expertise with creative approaches including play therapy, art psychotherapy, sandplay, movement and integrative counselling, we reach the places that words alone cannot get to.

Our services include Child Creative Therapy, Adolescent Therapy, Therapy for Adults, Couples Therapy, Family Therapy, Creative Supervision and Through Their Eyes, our pioneering programme that gives children affected by parental separation a genuine voice within the legal and mediation process.

Our Mission

At Lighthouse Therapy Hub our mission is simple. To create a space where every person feels safe enough to be completely honest with themselves.

We are committed to building a team of skilled, compassionate professionals who share our values. People who show up fully, who meet every person without judgement and who understand that the right support at the right time changes everything.

The lighthouse has always been a symbol of hope. A steady light in the storm. That is what we are here to be for every person who walks through our door. Turning dark days into brighter tomorrows..

Her approach is warm, creative and trauma-informed, supporting clients with anxiety, trauma, grief, neurodivergent needs and life transitions.

Rheanna Cooke

Rheanna works with children and young people aged 5 to 24, drawing on integrative counselling, play therapy and trauma-informed practice to help young people explore and understand their emotions. With experience across nurseries, SEN schools and primary settings, her approach is empathetic, creative and completely tailored to each individual. Rheanna has a particular passion for supporting those with anxiety, depression and school-based challenges.

Maisie Keighley

Registered Play Therapist, BA, PGDip, PTUK

Maisie works with children from age 4 upward using child-centred and developmental play therapy to help young people express themselves, build confidence and develop lasting coping strategies. With ten years of experience supporting children with SEN needs and four years of dedicated therapeutic practice, she has particular expertise in ASC, ADHD, anxiety and emotional dysregulation. Maisie brings genuine warmth and deep knowledge to every session she holds.

I grew up in foster care and spent most of my adult life convinced that what happened to me was just something I had to carry. I did not think therapy was something people like me did. I found Lighthouse after hearing Shauna's story and something about it made me think that maybe someone here would actually understand. They did. For the first time in my life I felt like my past was something I could work through rather than something I just had to survive.
